Leveraging my prior SCRUM experience, I introduced the Central Michigan University content team to agile methodology, fostering a more streamlined and efficient workflow.
Using the project management tool Wrike, I successfully implemented sprint planning and dashboards. This strategic integration not only enables us to consistently meet deadlines ahead of schedule but also provides a comprehensive platform for tracking marketing data and insights.
